Does recording a payment transfer money?
No. A payment record documents a payment; it does not itself charge a student or transfer money.
How can I access the app?
The owner web app is available at owner.heylibrary.online. Sign in with your existing owner account. Student portal access will open after account linking and launch verification are complete.
